epropmanager is internet based software applications (“Internet Based Software”).
epropmanager may make changes to these Terms from time to time. epropmanager will publish the changes at www.epropmanager.com/terms.html. Changes to the fair usage policies and/or Additional Terms will be posted on the applicable epropmanager Website. The changes will be effective when published, provided that any changes to the binding arbitration or class action waiver provisions, or any other dispute resolution or governing law or venue provision set forth in these Terms, will not apply to any dispute that a party has provided written notice of prior to the date on which the changes are posted on the epropmanager Website. Please review the Terms on a regular basis. You understand and agree that your express acceptance of the Terms or your use of the Software, Products and/or epropmanager Websites after the date of publication shall constitute your agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you may terminate your relationship with epropmanager.
Equipment: In order to use the Software and the Products you will need an Internet broadband connection. You are responsible for providing all equipment required to access the Internet. Connecting to the Internet via a corporate or other private network which masks your location may cause charges to be different from those displayed for your actual location.
Use of Your Equipment: The Internet Based Software may use the processing capabilities, memory and bandwidth of the computer (or other applicable device) you are using, for the limited purpose of facilitating the communication and establishing the connection between Internet Based Software users. If your use of the Internet Based Software is dependent upon the use of a processor and bandwidth owned or controlled by a third party, you acknowledge and agree that your licence to use the Internet Based Software is subject to you obtaining consent from the relevant third party for such use. You represent and warrant that by accepting these Terms, you have obtained such consent.
System Requirements:
Updates to the Software: epropmanager may automatically check your version of the epropmanager Software. We may also automatically download configuration changes and updates to the Software from time to time. You agree to accept such updates subject to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of and uninstall the Software. epropmanager is not obligated to make any updates available and does not guarantee that we will continue to support the version of the operating system or device for which you licensed the Software or that updated Software will be compatible for use with end users running older versions of the Software. Updates may be required to maintain software compatibility, provide security updates or bug fixes, or offer new features, functionality or versions.
Suspension, technical improvement and maintenance: From time to time, epropmanager may need to perform maintenance on or upgrade the Software, Products or epropmanager or the underlying infrastructure that enables you to use the Software, Products or epropmanager. This may require epropmanager to temporarily suspend or limit your use of some or all of the Software, Products or epropmanager Websites until such time as this maintenance and/or upgrade can be completed. To the extent possible and unless an intervention is urgently required, epropmanager will publish the time and date of such suspension or limitation on the epropmanager Website in advance. You will not be entitled to claim damages for such suspension or limitation of the use of any Software, Product or epropmanager Website.
We may ask you to remove your content if it violates these Terms or the law. Failure to comply may result in loss of access to, or cancellation of, your User Account. Additionally, epropmanager may remove your content without asking you if we determine it is in violation these Terms or the law or if we receive a notice of intellectual property infringement from a third party.
Notice and Takedown: If epropmanager receives any notification that any material that you post, upload, edit, host, share and/or publish on the epropmanager Website is inappropriate, infringes any rights of any third party, or if epropmanager wishes to remove your User Submission for any reason whatsoever, epropmanager reserves the right to automatically remove such User Submission for any reason immediately or within such other timescales as may be decided from time to time by epropmanager in its sole discretion. The User Submission shall be taken down without any admission as to liability and without prejudice to any rights, remedies or defenses, all of which are expressly reserved. You acknowledge and agree that epropmanager is under no obligation to put back such User Submission at any time.
Quality: epropmanager cannot guarantee that the Software, Products or epropmanager Websites will always function without disruptions, delay or errors. A number of factors may impact the quality of your connectivity and use of the Software, Products (depending on the Products used) or epropmanager Websites, and may result in the failure of your connectivity including but not limited to: your local network, firewall, your internet service provider, the public internet, the public switched telephone network and your power supply. epropmanager takes no responsibility for any disruption, interruption or delay caused by any failure of or inadequacy in any of these items or any other items over which we have no control.
Changes to Products: epropmanager is constantly improving the Software and Products and may change them at any time. Additionally, there are reasons why epropmanager may stop providing the Software and Products (or portions thereof) including (without limitation) that it is no longer feasible for us to provide it, the technology advances, customer feedback indicates a change is needed, external issues arise that make it imprudent or impractical to continue, or any reason, you may need to use an upgraded version of the Software. Technical requirements for use of Products and Software and feature descriptions are available on the epropmanager Website. If you do not agree with any changes to Software and Products you may terminate your relationship with epropmanager. You may need to upgrade to a new version in order to enjoy the benefit of certain Products. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that certain Products may be subject to usage limits or geographical restrictions, which may vary from time to time.
Unsolicited Ideas: epropmanager does not consider or accept unsolicited proposals or ideas, including without limitation ideas for new products, technologies, promotions, product names, product feedback and product improvements (“Unsolicited Feedback”). If you send any Unsolicited Feedback to epropmanager through the epropmanager Website or otherwise, you acknowledge and agree that epropmanager shall not be under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Unsolicited Feedback.
epropmanager is not responsible for any 3rd party co-ordination and also not be responsible for any business loss.
The Company may update this policy with or without notice by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site. You can access, change or delete your personal information at any time by contacting support@epropmanager.com.

In order to best assist you with the renewal of your user subscription, we will send you multiple e-mail reminders and notifications to the email provided in your account as your administrative contact information for the applicable subscription, both before and after your subscription’s expiration date.
In an effort to help you avoid the unintentional deletion of your subscription registrations, we may provide you with a “Renewal Grace Period.” A Renewal Grace Period will be 30 days from day after the subscription registration’s expiration date. During the Renewal Grace Period, your "data" will be remain same but your account will be blocked automatically. You may renew your subscription registration at any time during the Renewal Grace Period and unblock or resume your account.
If an expired subscription registrations is not renewed after Renewal Grace Period, you are agree to delete your all "data" from our database record without any notice and after that no "data" recovery/claim/backup will be accepted. we advise you to renew your subscription within “Renewal Grace Period.”
epropmanager does not offer any email or sms services and also does not responsible for any legal matter. Customer should be responsible to buy his/her own email and sms services based on their term and condition. Eben Telecom Pvt. Ltd or epropmanager is not responsible for any issue related to unsubscribe /virus/dnd/spam/junk in email or sms,
Our backup services are ran on everyday and take 'data' backup (except images and files) and we kept three month for backups to enhanced your data security and avoid any data loss or audit purpose only. This service is provided to you as a courtesy.
You can download or export your data at any time from your epropmanager user account as per given format.
Eben Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Or epropmanager is not offering any backup or recovery feature for images or files residing on your account.
User Account. Prior to your first use of the epropmanager Software, you will be asked to register a User Account and choose a user ID and password. We recommend that you choose a password that is hard to guess and consists of letters, numbers and symbols. You may only use the Software through your User Account. You are solely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your User Account. To prevent unauthorized use, you shall keep your password confidential and shall not share it with any third party or use it to access third party websites or services. If you suspect that someone else knows your password, then you shall immediately change it in order to protect the security of your User Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not respond to any unsolicited requests for credit card details, passwords or other data. epropmanager takes no responsibility for your failure to comply with the obligations.
Lawful Use. You must use the Software, Products and epropmanager Websites in accordance with the laws of where you are located. There may be certain legal and other restrictions on the download and use of the Software, Products and/or epropmanager Websites. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally allowed to use the Software, Products and/or epropmanager Websites.
Your Content in our Services. epropmanager allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give epropmanager (and those we work with) a worldwide license to store, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services for you). If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.
No Reselling. The Software and Products are for your individual use. You shall not resell or transfer or commercialize the Software and/or Products to any third party.
You may terminate your relationship with epropmanager at any time and without recourse to the courts by requesting closure of your User Account, ceasing to use the Software, Products and/or epropmanager Websites. epropmanager does not offer any refund amount or payment.
epropmanager may terminate its relationship with you, or may terminate or suspend your use of the Software, User Account(s), Products or epropmanager Websites at any time and without recourse to the courts:
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER epropmanager NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES “AS IS”.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, Eben Telecom Pvt. Ltd., AND epropmanager OR OUR SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF epropmanager, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID INDIA TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, epropmanager, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify epropmanager and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page (epropmanager). We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service. If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict. These terms control the relationship between epropmanager and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. The laws of India will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the courts of Allahabad, India and you and epropmanager consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
